About these terms

These terms apply to your use of stux.group, run by Stux Group Ltd (“Stux.Group”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. Each Stux.Group brand’s products and services have their own terms on their own websites, and those terms apply when you use them.

Using this site

You’re welcome to browse, read and link to this site. Please don’t:

  • Use the contact form to send spam, abuse, malware or unsolicited marketing
  • Try to break, overload, probe or get unauthorised access to the site or its servers (see the Disclaimer for how to report security issues responsibly)
  • Scrape the site in a way that puts unreasonable load on it
  • Pretend to be Stux.Group or any of its brands, or suggest we endorse you when we don’t

Intellectual property

The Stux.Group name, logos and the names and logos of our brands are ours. The site’s design, text and code are © Stux.Group unless stated otherwise. You may use our names and logos to refer to us accurately (for example in a news article or a link), but not in a way that implies a partnership or endorsement.

Our ethics

Across every brand, we try to:

  • Respect privacy. Collect as little as possible, and never sell personal data.
  • Keep things honest. No dark patterns, no hidden catches, and plain English wherever we can manage it.
  • Build things that last. Running our own infrastructure, so we can stand behind what we ship.
  • Be inclusive. Make our products accessible and welcoming to everyone.
  • Tread lightly. Prefer greener infrastructure choices where we have them.

If you think we’re falling short of any of these, tell us at [email protected].

Liability

This site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
